Return & Cancellation Policy – Atelier Miralys

Standard Return Policy

At Atelier Miralys, we want you to shop with confidence.
You can return or exchange an item unused and in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Important:

  • Certain personalized products (engraving, photos, custom jewelry, special orders) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

  • Production starts 120 minutes (2 hours) after payment is received.
  • Any cancellation after this time will incur a 20% fee for materials and processing.
  • For custom orders, cancellations are not allowed once production has started. If requested, a 50% fee will apply.

Return & Exchange Instructions

  1. Returns must be authorized by our customer service before shipping.
  2. Items must be returned in original condition, without scratches or alterations.
  3. You may use any local post office or carrier for returns. The buyer assumes responsibility if the package is lost.
  4. Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, their value will be deducted from your refund.

Note:

  • Personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return and reshipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the original shipping was free or discounted.

Defective Items or Errors

We will send a replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item is broken, defective, or engraved incorrectly.

Issues must be reported to our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.


Refunds

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned package.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For the UK and EU countries, 20% VAT will be deducted.
  • Customs insurance and other post-delivery fees are non-refundable.
